 Main Duties:                           

To provide Personal Assistant support to the Principal

Organising and attending operational management meetings

Managing new projects initiated by the Principal and the management team relating to the work and development of the service

Acting as Personnel Administrator for the service

To take forward new ideas from the senior management teams

Organise and administer events attended by outside organisations

Person Specification:             The ideal candidate will:

• Have a calm and professional approach to their work; be flexible in approach and good humoured
• Be confident in being able to acquire the knowledge underpinning the work of the services
• Have the confidence to communicate with professional and specialist staff within the services
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be advanced in MS Office
• Have experience of working with a senior management team and experience of using own initiative successfully
• Be able to undertake responsibility for handling confidential personal and business information
