Schools

- Get Entertaining
Organise an afternoon tea party at your home. Ask your classmates to bring cakes, biscuits and drinks and charge people 50p entrance.
- Get Creative
For those talented artists out there. Design a Easter, Birthday, Mothers Day card that is easy to make lots of, and sell them to your school, family & friends.
- Get Competitive
Take on your teachers at a sport – volleyball, basketball, football, rugby, hockey, netball etc – and invite the rest of your school, as well as parents, to watch you bet them! Sell tickets or charge admission at the door.
- Go Casual
Ask your teacher if your class can have a charity ‘own-clothes’ day and ask everyone to pay £1 to wear his or own clothes.
- Go Musical
Put on a talent show or concert at your school and charge people to come.
- Go Silent
Hold a sponsored silence. Ask your parents and teachers to sponsor you to keep quiet! You could ask them to sponsor you for the whole day or per hour.
- Get Active
Choose something challenging and get sponsored to do it. Maybe walk 5 miles, swim 100 lengths, cycle 13 miles in the Leatherhead Bikeathon or run 5k for the Women’s Adidas Challenge.
- Get Dancing
Ask your teacher if they can help organise a school disco and donate the proceeds to QEF.
- Get Giving
Ask your parents and friends to donate their clothes to QEF’s charity shops.
- Go without
Give up something you would really miss, like sweets or TV and get people to sponsor you for each day that you manage to go without.
