Guests at the Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation Annual Ball on 12 November will have the opportunity to take to the skies with Breitling’s world-class fighter jet team. Breitling watches have kindly donated this incredible auction prize to the Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation Annual Ball in aid of the disability charity.
The successful auction bidder will be flown to Dijon, France in Spring/Summer 2006 (date to be confirmed). After meeting the Breitling Jet Team the winner will experience first hand the precision, power and elegance of the Breitling Jet Team’s L39 fighter jets.
During the flight, barrel rolls and loops will be just a few of the daring manoeuvres executed by the team in a fantastically precise display of aeronautic formation flying which will stun the senses. This is just one of the great prizes on offer at the Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation Annual Ball. A Krug champagne dinner for ten and a day out shooting at Ashbourne, also for ten, are just a few of the other auction prizes on offer.
The Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation Annual Ball is a fundraising event intended for young professionals. All profits from the ball will go towards Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation a registered charity based in Leatherhead, Surrey providing solutions to the needs of people with disabilities through the work of its five sites specialising in education, vocational training, brain injury rehabilitation, skills development, mobility and an information service.
The Foundation is currently celebrating seventy years of providing disabled people with access to the training and skills necessary to fulfill their potential and live with greater independence.
The ball is taking place at Porchester Hall, Bayswater, London W2 and begins at 7:00pm. Tickets for the ball are priced at £75 and are available from Pat Lelliott on 01372 841213.
