This course will give you the necessary skills, knowledge and qualifications to help you find work as a receptionist in the Hotel and Leisure industry.

Pre-entry Requirements
A reasonable standard of English and Maths is required, and some IT skills would be beneficial. A college assessment will be undertaken.

Front Office Operations – Module DHM121 – awarded by the Confederation of Tourism, Hotel and Catering Management. "Fidelio"™ introduction. Passport into Travel. Welcome Host (customer care). Welcome Line (telephone skills and selling) – English Tourist Board certificates.

Employment Opportunities:
You could expect to work as a receptionist for a variety of organisations such as hotels, leisure & fitness centres, large corporate companies or local authorities. Our Employment Development Managers will help you make the right choice.
