Volunteering

The Foundation relies on the dedicated and tireless work of our team of volunteers who give their time to assist us in our work for disabled people. Many volunteers are needed to help with the various fundraising events we undertake.

If you think you could spare some time to help the Foundation help people with disabilities please get in contact with us as we would be delighted to hear from you.

Here are some examples of the ways in which you can help.

Volunteers are also needed to help with our street collections in the area, and to be 'marshals' at the many large fundraising events that we hold.

Also thanks to a team of around 500 dedicated volunteers the Foundation raises awareness of our work and funds through 13 shops throughout the Southeast.

The Foundation Shops are run entirely by a stalwart team of volunteers who manage the shops very professionally.

The mail order side of the Retail Trading Company is again handled entirely by volunteers.

Our Volunteers are invaluable at our Retail Trading operation.
