About the Role 

  • As a Shop Assistant, you’ll work closely with the Shop Manager to: 
  • Ensure the shop is an inviting space, brimming with well-presented, regularly refreshed stock. 
  • Drive sales and help the team achieve its targets. 
  • Build a strong volunteer team, inspiring them with your energy and passion. 
  • Step into the Manager’s shoes on their day off, keeping the shop running smoothly.
