QEF are looking for a volunteer or possibly 2 volunteers who would like to help together to support in the management and archiving of records.
It is a legal requirement to keep certain records for varying periods of time and these need to be stored accurately to ensure timely access when required. This role needs an organised person with a systematic approach to accurately file confidential paperwork. Confidentiality is essential; however, the role does not require keyboard or computer skills.
Some of the systems require regular maintenance and would suit a volunteer who could commit to a regular shift; however, we also have some project work which would suit someone who has a ‘chunk’ of time they could donate to help us.
