You can speak with The Goodwill Partnership to write or update your Will in whichever way is most convenient for you – over the phone, on a video call or through a home visit from a trained counsellor. Simply book a free, no-obligation appointment at a time to suit you – daytime, evening or weekend. Please note, there are a limited number of free Wills available each month.
When you choose The Goodwill Partnership to make or amend your Will, one of their panel of firms of solicitors will then draw up your Will and provide it to you directly. All solicitors are fully qualified practitioners, regulated by The Law Society.
“I thought it was time to make a Will after I had children, but as life is so busy, it kept getting put to the bottom of the list. I wish I’d known sooner how easy it was. The service was friendly and professional, I couldn’t believe it was free. Plus, it gave me a chance to leave a little something to QEF in my Will. I’m so pleased I can finally tick it off my list!”
Rebecca, QEF supporter
There’s no obligation to leave a gift to QEF in your Will by using either of these services, but if you’d like to support our work after you’ve cared for your loved ones, we’d be extremely grateful. You can find out more about the impact you could have by leaving a gift in your Will to QEF by downloading our gifts in Wills guide.
Our free Will writing services cover simple Wills, which is the type of Will the majority of people need. However, if you have a high value estate or other complexities, you may prefer to meet with a solicitor face to face in your local area. You can use the Solicitors Regulation Authority website to find a solicitor.
All you need to remember us in your Will is our charity’s name and registered charity number:
