A client’s experience of our service will vary slightly depending on which pathway they are on. Length of stay is determined by the funding authority and agreed multi-disciplinary outcome goals:
Goal focused. Client-entered rehabilitation for acute neurological conditions
Therapy and care after a hospital stay or acute illness, to return to base level functionality
Long-term neurological conditions; to optimise potential, disability management and prevent secondary complications
