There were some incredible cake creations for our spring themed ‘QEF Bake Off’ at our Independent Living Services centre at Dorincourt.
The residents divided into three teams, and set out to create the best cakes they could. Everyone really enjoyed the sense of challenge and competition, and were proud to reveal ehe final cake creations at the end for the judging.
Our judges QEF chief executive Karen Deacon, and heads of service Janet Schmitt and Wendy Doyle and well as the representative from the board of trustees Victoria Parnell had a tough task deciding between the fantastic cakes – picking the best presented cake, the most creative design, and the tastiest cake.
