QEF provides expert neuro rehabilitation following an acquired neurological injury and complex neurological care for people living with long term neurological conditions. We provide each person with person-centred therapy and 24 hour nursing care.
The multi-disciplinary teams at our Care and Rehabilitation Centre support people to regain core skills following an acquired brain injury, stroke, incomplete spinal injury or neurological illness. We also provide complex care for people living with long term neurological conditions, which aims to optimise potential, manage a persons disability and prevent secondary complications.
Based just outside Leatherhead, Surrey the Care and Rehabilitation Centre is a specialist Level 2B Community Neuro Rehabilitation Centre with capacity for up to 48 resident clients. Our services are also available on a day and outpatient basis.
We work closely with the NHS, personal injury solicitors and case managers, providing neuro rehabilitation for adults with physical, cognitive and/or communication disabilities which may also include mild to moderate behavioural problems. We work closely with families and everyone involved with an individual’s long-term rehabilitation, helping them with the transition out of our service.
