Working with the NHS

We work in partnership with NHS acute and primary care trusts across the South of England.

We accept referrals from hospitals across the South of England following our admissions criteria.

We assess each client prior to admission and put together person-centred care and rehabilitation plans.

Working with the Early Supported Discharge, Community and Re-enablement teams as required, we then facilitate a client’s discharge home or to another suitable destination to continue their rehabilitation.

QEF has exemplified how organisations have stepped up throughout the (pandemic) period, providing care and rehabilitation to patients who’ve suffered strokes or seizures or other brain injuries.” Professor Stephen Powis, National Medical Director, NHS England

I commend you for paying attention not just to their physical needs in their underlying condition, but the fact that you have been able to keep them safe and secure, and that only comes with the greatest of attention and personal endeavour and thank you very much for it.
Dr. Yvonne Doyle, Medical Director and Director for Health protection, Public Health England
