Gordon is a former MD at Royal Bank of Canada where he focussed on risk management and specialised in market risk, counterparty credit risk, operational and liquidity risk. During his banking career he spent 4 years in Hong Kong with ING Bank at the time of the Asia financial crisis and the handover of HK to China. At RBC, he led a team of over 40 risk professionals across Europe and Asia Pacific.
